TERMS OF SERVICE
A13 Auto Detail LLC

This Terms of Service agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between A13 Auto Detail LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), owned and operated by Aidan Ashley, located at 353 E Eldorado Ln, Las Vegas, Nevada 89123, and the client (“Client,” “you”). By booking a service with A13 Auto Detail LLC, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided
A13 Auto Detail LLC provides professional automotive detailing services. The specific scope of work is determined by the service package or custom quote selected at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle that is deemed unsafe or in a condition beyond the scope of mobile detailing.
2. Booking and Cancellations
Appointments: A confirmed booking constitutes an agreement to be present at the scheduled time and location.
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Weather Conditions: In the event of extreme weather (heavy rain, high winds, or extreme heat), A13 Auto Detail LLC reserves the right to reschedule the appointment to ensure the quality of the service and the safety of our technicians.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payment platforms.
Late Payments: Payments not received at the time of service completion may incur late fees.
4. Liability and Damages
Pre-existing Damage: Client is responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or fragile components (e.g., loose trim, cracked windshields, failing clear coat) prior to service. A13 Auto Detail LLC is not responsible for damage caused by the failure of pre-existing faulty parts.
Personal Property: Please remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before the appointment. A13 Auto Detail LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.
Engine Cleaning: If an engine bay cleaning is requested, the Client acknowledges that water and cleaning agents are used. While we take every precaution, we are not liable for electrical issues arising from pre-existing faulty wiring or seals.
5. Quality Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with the service, you must notify the technician at the time of inspection before the technician leaves the premises. We will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue on-site.
